Our deadline has passed and we are FULL. However, we will review applications for the wait list up until November 15th.
You will be notified within 2 days of application date. ONCE ACCEPTED YOUR BOOTH FEE WILL BE DUE IMMEDIATELY, AS YOU ARE GETTING IN JUST WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW.
The Wine Country Winter Festival application is extended to all fine art and craftspeople, small food product producers and food vendors. WE DO NOT ACCEPT IMPORTS OR MASS PRODUCTION. All work must be designed by the applying artist and either made by the artist, or produced domestically under the artist’s supervision.
We welcome Food Product.
We Do allow reps to sell for you, as long as the work being sold is made by the applying artist.
We Do allow reprints, cards, etc.
We Do allow cosmetic product, as long as it is small scale production.
We Do accept music CD sales. Please mail a CD to us or send an electronic link to the music.
ART/CRAFT/ FOOD PRODUCT: You apply via Zapplications (link below), which is a national application service. It is easy to use and a great resource for finding events!

We are full for entree food vendors, but will accept one more non-entree dessert booth.

FOOD BOOTHS WILL BE BEHIND GRACE PAVILION ON THE ASPHALT. FOOD VENDORS HAVE AN OPTION OF BEING OUTSIDE, OR IN A 3-SIDED ENCLOSED TENT FOR $100 MORE.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR WINTER OR HOLIDAY THEMED FOODS, BUT WELCOME ALL FOODS.
Food vendors who have previously done events at the Fairgrounds are used to paying them a commission. This event is under Wine Country Festivals and all booth fees are paid to the festival. No commissions!! Yay!
