From the producer of the Bodega Seafood, Art & Wine Festival comes a wonderful new holiday celebration at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds December 3rd and 4th, 2016. This show promises to honor this magical season by having a gorgeous craft and art marketplace, with oodles of great gifts, 3 Stages featuring wonderful live music, comedy and other entertainment, A large Wine, Microbrew and Spirits Tasting will fill the Hall of Flowers, coupled with Bottled Sales, and Food…oh the food!   Holiday fare galore, lots of sweet treats and more will please most any palate. Santa and his elves will be there all weekend for the kids, and there will be on-going craft demos and workshops. Sing-along caroling and other holiday fun will make customers and participants alike leave with a feeling of joy and appreciation of the season.

We anticipate attendance in the 10,000+ range, and will market in a variety of ways to get not only a big crowd, but the right crowd. As with the Bodega Festival, the focus is on quality. By having a well juried show, with entertainment, food and libations to please all ages, the aim is to draw customers who have money, are intelligent, and are worth pursuing as potential clients.

The festival beneficiary is the SONOMA COUNTY FAIR FOUNDATION, which is the new Saralee and Richard Kunde Agricultural Education Center at the Fairgrounds. The nearly 12,000 square foot facility will serve as the cornerstone for year-round agricultural education to showcase and promote the county’s heritage and $4 billion industry. It will provide lessons and first-hand farm experiences for youth and adults from all walks of life. It will also serve as a venue in honor of Saralee and Richard, hosting fundraising dinners and wine competitions, the Sonoma County Farm Bureau’s Ag Days for over 4,000 elementary school children, culinary demonstrations and farm to table activities, 4-H and FFA seminars and meetings, private events and livestock events to name a few.

Sponsorship is available at a variety of levels, from Presenting Sponsor to Booth Only options. ALL SPONSOR BOOTHS WILL BE LOCATED IN GRACE PAVILION UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED.

Presenting Sponsor     $10,000
We offer only 1 Presenting Sponsor Sponsorship. This level, besides all the features below, is the Main Stage Sponsor, and your company banner will be displayed behind performers on the Main Stage. Your company name appears on ALL print marketing above the event name.

Level 3 (Booth Only) Sponsor  $1000
This level of sponsorship is a 10×10 BOOTH ONLY package. Your company logo will be in the festival program, and you will have access to our Hospitality Area throughout the weekend. Some sponsors do not feel strongly about media placement but simply want to be able to have a booth at the festival, so this is the ideal package for you.

Wine Sponsor*
The Wine Sponsor donates 20 cases to be sold in our Wine/Beer Booth, which is adjacent to the Main Stage. Included in this sponsorship is:

~Logo inclusion in all print media (postcard, poster, print ads)
~Inclusion in our Constant Contact email campaign and our Facebook marketing campaign.
~Bold banner placement at the Wine/Beer Booth
v Exclusive at the Wine/Beer booth: the only wine sold, so maximum exposure to the crowd who imbibe at the festival.
*The Wine Sponsor must also be represented in the Festival Wine and Microbrewed Beer Tasting Tent during the weekend.
