Thank you for your interest in participating in the Wine Country Winter Festival Wine/Brews and Spirits Tasting! Please read the information below and download the form.
The festival beneficiary is the Sonoma County Fair Foundation, which is the new Saralee and Richard Kunde Agricultural Education Center at the Fairgrounds. Please see our Beneficiary Page for more information.
~ The Tasting is located in the Hall of Flowers
~ Tasting Hours: 11-5 SATURDAY 11-4 SUNDAY
~ There is NO FEE to participate, just donation of product
~ The Festival provides tables, chairs, tablecloths, openers, signage, water, ice, buckets for chilling. You bring your product and whatever display materials you would like
~Each company will have half of an 8′ table.
~ The Tasting is divided in 4 shifts: 11-2 and 2-5 Saturday and 11-2 and 2-4 Sunday. You can come for any or all of the shifts, or simply donate and have our staff pour for you.
~The customer pays $25 for a commemorative glass and 6 tastes. A taste is 2 oz wine, 3 oz beer, 1 oz spirits.

~ Bottled Sales Hours: 10-6 Saturday 10-5 Sunday Spirits Tasting 11-2 only each day
~BOTTLED SALES ARE HANDLED IN OUR BOTTLED SALES MARKET. PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL WE ASK YOU TO PROVIDE US WITH NAMES, WHOLESALE AND RETAIL OF THE PRODUCT YOU WISH TO SELL. YOU DROP OFF YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU COME FOR THE TASTING. WE SELL AT YOUR RETAIL AND MAIL YOU A CHECK FOR THE WHOLESALE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE FESTIVAL’S END. WE ONLY SELL YOUR PRODUCT WHEN IT IS BEING POURED IN THE TASTING.
SIGN UP FOR THE TASTING BEFORE OCTOBER 10TH AND BE INCLUDED ON THE FESTIVAL POSTCARD/MAILER. WE ARE PRINTING 40,000 OF WHICH 15,000 WILL BE DIRECT MAILED TO BODEGA FESTIVAL CUSTOMERS. THE REMAINING WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.
